How Apple should handle the iPhone debacle: Humor, Honesty, and Humility
It's been an interesting, and unprecedented few weeks for Apple. Never before has such a large scale "oops" happened to the company. Apple is known for secrecy and being overly careful that new product leaks don't happen. So how's a company supposed to respond when one of its employees leaves the new prototype in a bathroom when out drinking?It's obviously a HUGE issue, and Apple needs to take it very seriously. But it also has to be careful, because all eyes are on the company wondering how they should respond.Up to this point, I think the response has been poor.
