Amazing, healthy easy orange chicken recipe

Here's a really simple, easy, and healthy way to prepare chicken. It's 5 ingredients, most of which you probably already have (or should have).

- boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- olive oil
- salt & pepper (I use fresh ground sea salt)
- small mandarin orange or Clementine
