I've been a Craigslist fanatic for years now. I've literally furnished several apartments, and then un-furnished them before moving, all on Craigslist. I've sold my car, computers, etc... I love that people are re-using stuff instead of just throwing it away, and I love how much cheaper things are than if you were to buy them new.

One of the problems with Craigslist is if you don't monitor it closely and frequently, you tend to miss out on the best deals. I found a solution for this years ago but to my surprise, most of the people I know aren't aware of it.

When you do a search, Craigslist creates a subscribable RSS feed link for that specific search (and all the filters / options you pick). After you get the right search, just click RSS in the bottom right corner and subscribe to that feed with your feed reader.

Now, anytime someone posts a new listing with those search requirements, it will be delivered to you via RSS. No more constant searching!
